Excellent staff & services. We felt like the room that we’ve got didn’t fit to our standards, mainly due to the cigarette’s odor. Someone must have smoked in there we’ve asked to change the room. Got an upgraded one, roomier and without odorless. When we were leaving the room, my wife has forgotten her expensive earphones under the pillow, so we’ve called the hotel and they have sent it to our home. Very good experience.
