I am a civil engineer running a private construction company in Burgas. My hobby is to renovate homes. All of my listings are made with personal care. Designed from my experience to be inviting and cozy.

Property info

Cozy room, 17 sq.m, in Lazur city quarter. Comfortable and attractive. Close to the sea garden and the beach. Residential area few minutes to the center of Bourgas. Opening to a quiet street. Well furnished with comfortable double bed. The accommodation is renovated and furnished in 2014. Kitchen facilities, bathroom with shower. There is fridge and a freezer, micro-wave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and cutlery and plates and cups. There is a convenient store 50m from the building and a supermarket 200m away. Open 06-22h. Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels provided. Perfect for people who like a city break/beach holiday, but prefer to stay in a central location. The location is amazing. You are within 10 minutes walk (600m) of a sandy beach. Bourgas city center is 15 minutes walk. It is therefore unlikely you will need public transportation.
