I am so happy that I discovered this place for my stay in Phuket! Paul is a phenomenal host and is so considerate of all the details that make for an amazing vacation. My rooms (I ended up returning for a second stay) were impeccably clean, and I really appreciated the array of amenities available (dishes, cutlery, towels, good coffee, and even some cookies!). This was one of the best places I stayed at during my trip to Thailand, and I will definitely be back!

One of the best locations in Karon!!! Incredible value for money. Ask for the room on the side, much better than front facing room as you have a view of the sea and palm trees from the balcony. Large room. It's fairly basic but the price is great and the location is unbeatable!

A brilliant hotel! The staff were lovely and very helpful, only £5 a day to rent a bike too. The room was clean, big and very comfortable beds. It was a quiet area so nice and peaceful for sleeping. A fantastic place to stay! Would recommend! Thank you

The location of the guesthouse is excellent, right near the beach, just off the main street, but not directly on it. The room was clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, and they are ready to assist you during your stay. All the services you need are very close this location.
