Our stay was wonderful! The staff were warm and kind, bringing our luggage up to our rooms and greeting us with a welcome drink. The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of Rethymno, which made it easy to walk around. There is also a parking garage ~7 minute walk from the hotel which was very convenient.

Our stay was great! Perfect location, right in the center of the city & close to everything. The rooms were beautiful & the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. As with everywhere in Greece, food was phenomenal. I even enjoyed the humorous "hard sell" barker at a dockside Taverna. "Are you hungry? You look hungry! Your hunger is subconscious!" and so forth. As an overweight psychiatrist in the States, both my wife and I were rolling in laughter. "If he is hungry now, what will he look like when he is full?"

We have stayed here before but last time further out of town...
We have stayed here before but last time further out of town in a villa. This trip we stayed in town within walking distance of everything. There are so many different restaurants we could have stayed for six months to sample them all. Would recommend finding the little tavernas up the little side streets for the most interesting dishes. House wine is great value and nearly always decent. If you want to splash out a bit a private boat rental to take you up the coast is well worth it and can be found in the old harbour from a number of vendors. If you like a beach there is a fantastic one that stretches from the East end of town. And if you don't like the sand there are some steps to access the rocky area of the sea to the west of the castle.

Retimno old town is typical venatian old city with old venetian harbour. Clean, safe with good vibes of street life, plenty of restaurants and shops. For me most beautiful and worth seeing city in Crete. Night city walk is obligatory!
Excellence in location, in service from the staff, in friendly, in cleanness , in facilities in the hotel and the beach, in great location; just two steps from the beach, two steps from a supermarket and two steps from a walkable coastline full of restaurants, bars and fashion stores, you can get to old town by walk if you want, it is about 30 min, we went by car and we loved the private parking, please avoid public parking hotels, it is a nightmare to find an spot in Rethimmo. Breakfast was delicious! 👌🏻
The staff is sensationally welcoming, there is underground parking for your vehicle to be safe, valet parking, the restaurant is impeccable, wonderful bar and beach service with several options of drinks and snacks at an affordable price. The pool is practically a beach club, and the night makes the place splendid. The sunrise and sunset of the place will make you close your trip with a golden key. There is no other definition for this 5 stars hotel than Happiness, "ευτυχία" 🇧🇪🇧🇷

Excellent hotel for couples with good location! Very helpful staff, we want to say big thanks to all the guys working in the restaurant, on the beach and reception - you are the best! The barmen definitely knows what he's doing, cocktails are delicious and can be uniq. Beautiful equipped sandy beach where you can book a free sunbed and get service from the restaurant. The room has a huge terrace with a heated jacuzzi and an amazing view of the sea.
The hotel is well located within old town, off a quiet street and within walking distance to the beach. The staff was very kind and made sure we had all we needed, gave us suggestions for things to do in town, and arranged for shuttle service to and from the airport. Additionally I appreciated all of the ways the hotel incorporated sustainable choices. The breakfast was incredible and the surroundings are gorgeous.

The beach is well equipped with sunbeds available. 20 minutes walk to the old town. The restaurant Nostos below is delicious, one of our best in Crete.

The hotel is in the best area of the old town. It’s plenty of good restaurants and stores. The staff was very helpful and gentle. The Avli restaurant is delicious and the breakfast is served in a very beautiful garden. The room is spacious and comfortable and also very beautiful. I would not go to another hotel in Rethymno.
Amazing location - you’re in amongst the old town in seconds and on the beach in minutes. Fantastic for parking - there is a private car park just opposite and even in high season the guys there will get you a space sorted. The room was really clean and every room had a balcony. Pool is a good size and temperature!
Great view from room. We had a sea view and it took 4 elevator changes to get to it. Not ideal! Very difficult to find the hotel, even when you are right in front of it. Parking only available on the street. About a 20 minute walk to old town. Pool area bar only open until 5 or so. Breakfast mediocre at best.

The Staff and management are very caring and great people. This Hotel has a gym and a sauna free of charge. They also provide a discount at their restaurant for the hotel customers. Furthermore the location is superb it's just on the beach.
