Every was perfect. Great boutique which is own by a very nice family. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and took a deluxe suite which was very comfortable. The hotel is linked to Terre Nera beach which makes like easier with sun beds. The restaurant was also delicious and very reasonable. We could not have wished a better place in Santorini. A special thanks to Christie who made our life easier and Ketarina. Honestly if I could put 11 I would not hesitate.

Room was exceptional and the owner provided a bottle of wine with light refreshments in the fridge. He was also very responsive when we locked ourselves out of the room.

I liked how well the staff took care of us and our needs. They gave us good advice about where to go and what to see, and knowledge about the area we were in. The breakfast was great, and the lofts were very cute and clean.

Perivolos has the best beach I've seen in Santorini. It is sandy and doesn't have any big stones on the entrance to the water. It gets very deep in the water very fast. There are many lovely bars and restaurants, and it is easy to reach either by car or by bus from Fira.
So it works perfectly for a full day of beach and sea experience.

Quite place in mid september. Beach is made of black volcanic sands. Open view. Water is amazing. A row of small restaurants and bar on both sides of the street, so you can have your cocktail on the beach

Great relaxing vibe.
Great relaxing vibe. Wonderful food & drinks at reasonable prices. Great beach which is deep as soon as you walk in. Perfect weather & water temperatures in August when we stayed there. A massage on the beach was WONDERFUL. Food & drinks service from your sunbed. The black sand didn't bother me, at least it has sand and not stones & rocks!

Perivolos is a good place if you want to be close to the...
Perivolos is a good place if you want to be close to the beach and in a quiet area. But there are not many shops around that you can walk to quickly, so a car is needed to get to bigger supermarkets and bakeries. It's possible to take the bus to Fira but can be very crowded. You can book taxis to get around but they are not cheap, 35-40 euros one way to Fira.

Other than the beach which we did not like and the restaurants right out the back of the hotel, there was nothing you can walk to. We had to take car service wherever we wanted to go. We spent a lot of money on cars.

Amazing hospitality by Maria the manager..Very cosy place. Beach is just around the corner. The beautiful TA Kavourakia tavern where we had our incredible breakfast and a lots of laughs with Efi ,Giannis and Panos.
It is a very nice property near Perivolos beach. All sorts of restaurants and bars are within 10-15 min walking distance. Go visit the sunrise in the morning it is equally beautiful as a sunset in Oia. Take a swim in the sea and many options for water sports on the beach. Take a left turn on the beach road and visit Perissa beach as well at night (beautiful restaurants). The front office person was super welcoming and always wanted to help. The room was super clean and well decorated. Pleasant neighborhood. Well recommended.
Very well looked after hotel, next to the beach but also with a pool option that wasn't crowded. Great location, lots of restaurants and cafes around. Room was clean and spacious with its own kitchen and utensils as well as a small balcony. Lots of breakfast options for every appettite and it was very filling (not buffet). All staff were polite and helpful. The owner, Mrs Eleftheria is kind, approachable and eager to help her guests.
Built with a lot of love and attention to detail, this place will charm you at the gate. Although it’s a good 40 minutes ride away from the super popular (and very busy) Oia, this hotel is located 5 minutes walk away from the best beach strip in Santorini. You have everything you need and more. Special thanks to all the wonderful people who work here and help you with anything with a huge Greek smile on their face. Bravo!
The food and experience were great! This was the last leg of our trip and it was nice to wind down with a massage and relaxation/drinks by the pool! We loved all the staff, especially the bartenders!! The drink and food menu had plenty to pick from. The hotel made several accommodations for us, which was very helpful, including taxi rides to and from Oia. Would highly recommend this hotel!
We had an amazing stay at Terra Nera! It is located on the best beach in Santorini. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed the option to have it on the reserved sunbeds that they held for us all day. The pool is beautiful and the room was spacious, clean and modern. I really don't have a single complaint-- will definitely return to see Katarina and her incredibly hospitable family again!!
The owner Spiros was very welcoming. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable, as well as the sun beds on the beach, free when you stay at the hotel.
His parents, working at the Margarita’s restaurant next door were amazing too and the food was really good there. We really enjoyed our stay there and recommend this place.
The staff was amazing. They helped us with everything including suggestions for activities in Santorini. They also have a tie with nearby restaurant for 10% discount on food. Even after checkout we could keep our bags there and use common facilities. The location of the hotel is also ideal and very near to the perissa beach
The rooms are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, the staff are so attentive, going above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much. Owner Jannis and Sofia did everything to make our stay perfect. Apart from the super friendly service in the hotel, we got so many helpful recommendations on what to do and where to eat on our first visit to Santorini. After check out we were given towels for the beach and a comfortable changing room with shower and hairdryer.
On arrival an upgraded room was assigned with no extra charge.
