Their customer service is top notch. Few days before my trip, there were some changes about their facilities. I was contacted and informed in advance. They offered to upgrade my suite to another hotel, which they did. Their patience , prompt response, professionalism and customer service far exceeded my expectations.
I will highly recommend them and won't hesitate to book this suite for my next holidays in Santorini. If you’re going to Santorini, Dreaming Suites is the best place to go to, you’ll love it!

Beyond the obvious -- views from Oia, sunset over the sea -- we urge everyone to visit the amazing archeological site at Akrotiri and the Museum of Prehistoric Thera (in Fira) which houses many of the objects found at the Akrotiri site. If history and archeology interest you at all, these sites are not to be missed! (Ignore travel guide indications that Akrotiri is only open in the summer -- that is not true!) Also, visit the lovely little town of Pyrgos if you have time. We were able to travel in the off-season which meant that many stores and restaurants across the island were closed but it also meant that we totally avoided the infamous crowds.

Very special romantic location. Great for couples. Not as busy as Fira, but we visited in Oct/Nov in the shoulder season. Highly recommend avoiding the crowds! Though many shops and restaurants start closing or have already closed for the off season. Still many great options.

Imerovigli is a lovely little village - it's really high up...
Imerovigli is a lovely little village - it's really high up on the caldera and has an incredible view, but is FAR less busy (and chaotic) than Oia. Definitely a great base for exploring Santorini. It's also on the hiking path to Oia, so a great place to be to hop on that route.
Anogi, one of the restaurants just off the caldera, is one of the best we ate at (and we were on Santorini for 10 days!) - they serve traditional Greek food that is tasty and very reasonably priced.

The caldera sunset view next to the hotel is amazing and beautiful! This area nearby our hotel also has a lot of restaurants which is very convenient and the food was delicious too with reasonable price. Quite a quiet place to stay away from the big crowd or tourists. Perhaps the only downside is the public transport local bus won't stop here from Oia. You have to go to Fira from Oia and take another bus back to Imerovigli

We didn't have a car so we relied on walking, taxis or the bus. Walking to Fira was amazing as you walked along the caldera but it may be a problem for those with physical limitations. It's up and down stairs and uneven surfaces. The buses do run between Imerovigli and Fira and the bus stop is not a far walk from Heliotopos. However, if you want to vist Oia, you can walk, which takes 2.5 hours or more or take the bus from Imerovigli to Oia. However, there aren't any buses that run from Oia directly back to Imerovigli. You'll have to catch a but to Fira and then another to Imerovigli. Buses were cheap (€1,60 one way) so it's very affordable.
The room, breakfast and staff were amazing. They went out of our way to make my wife’s birthday special and this was by far our favorite spot of our entire Greece trip. Couldn’t imagine a better spot in Santorini. By the end of our stay, both of us were sad to leave.
The spot is definitely a bit more remote, but that’s a good thing because the privacy and quietness is unmatched. Way better than people walking by your room constantly. Would highly recommend having a car if you go and make sure it can handle hills!
Caldera's Memories is a JEWEL in Imerovigli . Amazing view, wonderful heated pool, clean and comfortable rooms. Tasty-big homemade breakfast with adorable and helpful staff. Some of the big advantages is the privacy and parking (big problem in Imerovigli center and Oia also).You feel ABSOLUTE BLISS!!!!!is a HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!!! We LOVE IT and we will come back!!!! Thank you for the greatest accommodation that we had in Santorini after 15days accommodation in 3 different hotels.
Wonderful property with amazing views, amazing breakfast and amazing staff! Stavroula is a gem and essentially planned and coordinated our transport and our one day in santorini. We arrived at the ferry port at 4am! and stavroula had arranged transport for us AND mr. nari was waiting for us so he could help us with our bags and guide us to the hotel. We were in the honeymoon suite and the hot tub was a very comfortable temperature and so relaxing to start and end the day in.

Loved the location. Imerovigli is the perfect base to see the whole of Santorini. We actually preferred the sunset and evening in Imerovigli compared to Oia with all the tourists. The hotel gave us a nice quiet, peaceful place to base ourselves and it was lovely to come back and take a swim and relax for a bit in between adventuring. The decor of the room was really lovely and exactly what I’d hoped for, and the bathroom was lovely and huge!

The views and location were the best in Santorini in my opinion, and the breakfast service was a very nice treat! The staff were all so nice and helpful and the food onsite was delicious (the zucchini pizza at the pool was so good). Views are unbeatable and the sunset from our room were so much better than trekking to Oia. We had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend Astra Suites when staying in Santorini
We loved everything about our stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool menu was a great bonus that we weren’t expecting. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. Views from the terrace are top notch and the pool even had some shade which can be hard to come by in Santorini. You are also right on the walking trail from Fira to Oia making it easy to hike or depart from the hotel.
Breakfast service was really good (lots of different options, could request things like floating breakfast in pool, food was good) and the hotel restaurant Yila (only open to guests) was very good as well (one of our favorites during our stay in Santorini).
The room was unique and really nice, place was beautiful. Receptionist was very attentive and helpful.

The property was beautiful. It had a balcony to the front overlooking the sea and a hot tub balcony to the side overlooking the sea and the picturesque view of Santorini. It was perfectly situated in quiet Imerovigli away from busy Thira. There are a few bars and restaurants close by and lots more about a 5-10 minute walk away.
Imerovigli is the ideal area to stay in Santorini- Views over the Caldera are incredible, without the sunset crowds. Heliotopos shows it’s age - but is still a very comfortable hotel, great value for money for the area and with extremely friendly, helpful staff. So grateful they carry luggage up and down to your room.
The staff are amazing, the rooms are extremely clean, location is perfect and it have parking, the hotel doesn’t have kitchen but Maria help us a lot with the food and drinks delivery without any extra charges. Its my second time in Santorini and absolutely with this hospitality will repeat it again
