The villa was spacious inside and out. A very pleasant and relaxing space. Good for two couples or a family. It was a short walk to Falarsana beach and several tavernas. We arrived home to a lovely spinach pie one afternoon.

The location is great. Within 5 minutes walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece/Europe. We enjoyed the sunset view from the first floor/terrace and the stars at night. Very close to a supermarket and restaurants. Furthermore, we liked that there was a washing machine, many different kitchen utensils, and sun beds.

I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches.
I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches. Beautiful sunsets. Clear transparent sea. Turquoise colours melting into the big blue. Golden sand with shades of red when sea allows it, bringing it with waves at certain times, we were lucky to witness it. In the mornings when there's almost no one around you can enjoy in the soft waves covering the san, tranquil sea sounds and sun coming on top of the mountains.

Very nice beach with the clearest water. Large space for sunbeds and even larger free zone.
Many taverns and bars near the beach with amazing view, Spilios stood out with very good food and prices.

There is a busy section of beach but you can find quieter places North of Big Beach. The sunsets are incredible. It is cooler than other parts of Crete due to the wind. the sea is colder here too. There are amazing tavernas in the nearby town on top of the the hill.

Hotel is situated nearby beach (the closest apx 50m, larger one to the left apx 200m, for parents with babies on the right side apx 100m), at every beach sets with umbrellas and two seats per 8euro per day, with showers. On the ground floor of hotel is big restaurant, small shop with everything. Against hotel is ATM. Parking no problem, by hotel.
Surroundings of hotel is amazing, it was our third accomodation at Crete, and views were beautiful and breathtaking - important - to have a room at upper levels of hotel!
Our hosts were super friendly and very helpful with the travel tips they gave us. The location of the property is great, very close to all the beaches in Falasarna and bus station. Also the market in Falasarna Bay Hotel is very close and has a good variety of all the necessary things for a reasonable price. The property has a very nice garden with the sea view where the hosts serve a delicious breakfast in the morning. Also the owner's dogs were very cute and friendly. We stayed 1 week here and it was an amazing experience.
Most of all we loved the amazing staff!!! The manager gave us a very warm welcome. With Giorgis we had a great conversation at the bar.
Breakfast was amazing including freshly squeezed orange juice & local specialities, but also everything you might want to find (Omelette, cakes etc)
Also the dinner is definitely a recommendation. Yummy food for a good price!

The hotel is on the edge of the main Falassarna beach, a few minutes walk from the beach, in a pretty new building. We had booked an appartment for 4 persons. The appartment was simply huge and could easily accomodate five guests. It had a big terrace with view on the sea. Very clean appartment and building, with all facilities. The price / quality ratio (we paid some 60 EUR a night for 4 guests) is just incredible. The service was very nice and helpful.
Excellently located, with an amazing view to the Falasarna beach. A couple of beaches are reachable a short walking distance. It has some restaurants and a mini marked just around the corner. The apartment has all the indispensable facilities and is cleaned daily, which was a nice surprise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only the breakfast is a bit limited and repetitive.
The villas are outstanding, run by exceptionally warm and friendly family . They each have incredible panoramic view of the falasarna beach. The higher altitude means you do need to drive to the beach , however you get a much better view of the beautiful turquoise water , and with a large infinity pool, one ends up spending a lot of time at the villa anyway.
Great location for exploring the west coast of Crete. We stayed in the superior villa, which was the older of the 3 places. The pool area didn’t have a view but the outdoor seating area and balconies did. The kitchen was extraordinarily well equipped and the home was very clean. Nice to have beach towels available. Homemade cake was appreciated!
Everything was on point. Beatiful hotel in Falassarna, clean, comfortable and in a very good position, 1 hour from Chania airport, 1 hour from Elafonisi beach and 50 minutes from Balos, but there are beautiful beaches in Falassarna too, only 10 minutes by car from the hotel. The staff was very kind. They have a really good breakfast.
A small hotel, conveniently located very close to the beach. The room was clean with a nice terrace and an amazing view over the bay. For us it was a great starting point to discover the west of Crete. There are a couple of great restaurants nearby as well one of the most beautiful beaches, the Falasarna Beach.
Cute home in a good location. The neighbors dog was very sweet. Restaurants, beach, and store near by. There is a company at Falassarna Beach that has jet boats that seat 17 people that can take you to Balos Lagoon for only 50 Euros vs the crowded ferry. Amazing trip with water that us so ever beautiful.
The best thing is the locafion,falassarna beach is spectacular and the hotel is located just where the beach begin. You can have terrific sunset from your windows and great panorama while you do breakfast or lunch. Staff is helpful and the bed was ok. There is a nice pool with bar.
Eleftheria and her family were extremely nice and helpful. They felt like family from the start! The room had everything you need and was clean. Not far from the sea, excellent tavernas, Ancient falassarna and falassarna beach (10 min by car). Great value for money.
This is a beautiful place with the beautiful sea view. Vegetation is really amazing and the entire hotel is in a beautiful park with a lots of flowers and palm treas. It is in a walking distance from Falasarna beach which is the best beach on Crete.

5 + mins walk to Falasarna beach, which is one of the best sandy beaches in Crete. Cleaning was done each day and pretty well. Also, there was a bottle of olive oil for free to use.
