The host was so helpful and great! The home cooked food was one of the best and served so beautifully. We loved our room, the garden for yoga, the rooftop for relaxing, the location close to the baby elephant orphans station, and also the massages from Shani!!! I even went in two days for a total of 3,5h of massages. Honestly I can just warmly recommend you to stay there, you will have all you need and even more for an amazing Udawalawe experience and you can book Safari and straight with the owner, they can organise everything for you. Beautiful location, amazing Room equipped with all you need, great pool. Nice restaurant. Safari organized by the hotel. Only a very thin bed sheet provided. Could definitely use a small blanket too though.

Beautiful little green Oasis, perfect location for a Safari. The owner Sachith was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome. We loved the outdoor bathroom and the mosquito net was really helpful for sleeping. The room was spacious and has everything you need. The food was great and we also loved the company of the owners friendly dog Shane. We loved our short stay at Mango Tree House and would definitely stay here again!

He took care of my family as if we were his family. He arranged a great safari and coordinated taxis and logisics. The food we ate there was the best we had in Sri Lanka.

Situated within 8.2 km of Udawalawe National Park in Udawalawe, Peacock Villa Resort provides accommodation with seating area. This guest house features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The room was clean and beautiful, the AC worked, a very big balcony, from which the view to the national park opened and an elephant trotted by. The food is excellent, the dinner was very rich. The family was very friendly, they help organize Safari tickets and Jeeps. I highly recommend.

The Countryside Udawalawe is located in Udawalawe and features a pool with a view and garden views. It was one of the best stays during our Sri Lanka trip - the property is beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable. We loved the pool area and the fact that we felt surrounded by the nature. Also the rooms were very spacious and tastefully designed. The hotel manager was beyond helpful and personally organized the fixing of my phone screen when it got broken. He also organized a very nice morning safari and a great massage for us for a reasonable price. We loved every minute of our stay at The Countryside Udawalawe and would have wished to spend there more time!
