I wish there was a way to give more than 10 stars. Indika is so kind and considerate. He took care of everything with a smiling face. Everytime I came from outside he gave me complimentary juice and fresh fruit. He and also picked and dropped me to bus station. The place is quite close to Cave temples. The WiFi is really good. His wife made a really delicious dinner on my last night. The breakfast in the morning are full treat. He took me to sigirya and brought back and showed so many measuring points at a very fair price. Hope to stay with him again.

We had a wonderful stay at Simoya Nature Reserve and couldn't rate it more highly. From the moment we arrived and received our welcome drink, our hosts, Sanjay and Madhu, could not have been kinder or more thoughtful. We had rented both rooms, which are beautifully decorated with Madhu's own batik, and where everything has been carefully thought out for comfort and ease. The location is a short walk from the Buddhist Cave Temple, and is so peaceful. Breakfasts were.amazing, beautifully cooked and something different every day. Madhu and Sanjay are also happy to cook dinner for you, which we would totally recommend.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helped us organise stuff that we needed organising and were kind enough to let us check out late as we had an evening flight. A perfect location to explore the Lion rock-10 mins away and very easy to walk to local restaurants. We also had a big breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The room is basic (no hot water, no AC), but that didn't matter, as we loved how it felt like we were in the middle of the jungle. Good to know: at night you can't walk around in the nature, as there are wild elephants. So if you go to the restaurants you need to take a tuk tuk back.

The most AMAZING place to stay!! It was clean, comfortable and well designed. The staff went above and beyond to make it a fantastic experience - they have daily activities organised that you can join in with if you want including safari, sunrise hikes, cooking classes. Perfect for a solo traveller like me. They organise transport to take you to different locations if needed. The place is beautiful! Couldn’t recommend it enough. No where else I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka has come close to this place!!

Located in Sigiriya, within 1 km of Sigiriya Rock and 3.7 km of Pidurangala Rock, The Cattleya Guest House provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free... Mr. Ashoka was superb with great hospitality. Very attentive to any request made. Very clean property and amazing clean food offered as part of my stay!

It’s a family owned hotel, with amazing food, rooms and service. Amila seems to bring the community together to make plans happen. He helped us organise everything we wanted to do, seamlessly; he gave us recommendations, arranged transport, safari, food, tours, etc. He drove us twice at 5 am to see the sunrise from the rocks. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The home cooked food, delicious. The service friendly and very well organised.

Located in Sigiriya, 600 m from Pidurangala Rock, Sigiri Close-up View Guest features a garden and views of the mountain. A fantastic place to experience the beauty of Sigiriya. Been travelling big parts of the world and this has to be the most sweet and friendly host I’ve ever had. Him and his family helped us a lot planning and arranging our adventures in Sigiriya. His whole family was super welcoming and helpful. We asked to see the local area and his father drove us around the local area in his TukTuk and showed us many interesting things and views. We paid only 2000 lkr. The place has the perfect and stunning view of the Lion Rock. Nice breakfast and super tasteful dinner along with plenty of water bottles during our stay.
