Anne-Sophie, our host, was amazing. She recommended us good place to visit in the areas. Helped us to book activities and kindly organised for us the sauna or Roman bath. On top of that, she would always follow up with an extra touch to make us truly feel like home. My partner and I wanted her to adopt us but realised that’s not something you can ask to people generally. I really recommend the Hydge lodge, especially if you go as a couple. It is very relaxing and as I described earlier, our host was amazing and kind.

Amiable proprietors. The wifi worked fine. The property is old, the facilities are old and sparse. Breakfast looked good although I had other plans and did not partake.

It is in a lovely setting, with great views of the mountains. We had our evening meal there and it was a very tasty home meal and great value for money. The service was great too.

The property is owned by a lovely family that maintain the premises really well and also take great care of the guests. They offer an amazing breakfast, gave us great recommendations for the area and generally we felt we were taken care of. The place is in a quiet location close to the lake (would recommend a car to move around). The rooms, amenities and furniture are very well kept they seem like new. We had a great experience there - nothing negative to say about say Le Catarina.

What a beautiful property. It is outside the city-center but at walking distance (10-15 min). It is down hill to the center and up hill back to the property. The center is small but has several restaurants, a small and 2 big supermarkets and cheap fuel. We stayed here only 1 night as a stop-over to the Alps. This is a close stay if you want to be early in the Alps. The host is super-friendly and helped with whatever he could do. There is a central area where you can sit and eat when the weather is not so good. There is also an outdoor area to sit and eat when the weather is good. The breakfast was amazing with self baked bread and all kind of marmalades. We will come back next time when we travel to the Alps again.
